Intern Capstone Project

Curious Plot challenged our intern team to:

  1. Define sustainability in the context of how Curious Plot currently supports clients.

  2. Determine how Curious Plot can position sustainability-related support as a differentiated service to drive organic growth and earn new business.

  3. Evaluate Curious Plot’s current credibility as a sustainability thought leader and identify actionable ways to strengthen it.

  4. Design a thought leadership campaign for Curious Plot to take to market.

In our final presentation to the client, we presented a summary of our research findings, proposed communication and developmental strategies for both internal and external audiences, and outlined our sustainability thought leadership campaign. This project was a great example of our teamwork, and I would like to highlight some of my contributions. I conducted extensive research on TruTerra and Elanco, as well as the importance of sustainability initiatives. Furthermore, I developed the positioning statement, explored the Certified B Corp opportunity, and suggested the addition of a new Board of Advisors. Lastly, I named the thought leadership campaign and was responsible for the earned media section.
