PINE Agency was built in my Strategic Communications Campaigns class to develop strategic communications initiatives for Dunn Brothers. We are currently working on the project, but we have started developing a target audience and initiating campaign goals, objectives, tactics, and strategies. I hold the Account Management role on the team but have helped with the social strategy and design concepts for the presentations. I push the majority of the creative direction of the project with significant input from my team members. Take a look through the entire process of our campaign construction on this page. In the end, our final campaign, Never Been Dunn Before, featured six tenants that guided our strategy elsewhere. The campaign includes a new social strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, a community art activation, a redesign of the rewards system and app interface, including an in-app coffee quiz, and finally, an organic Tinder strategy using organic Tinder profiles to market the Dunn Brothers brand. This is currently the work that I am most proud of.
